Oh my God! Can I just say that I am very amazed about the customer service. This lovely human being went out of their way to inform and be super helpful and trying to bring so many different methods based on shipping my order. They would keep me updated with my order every now and then. The pin itself is of high quality and big. I love the details and how cute it looks.
