Shipping policy

I send all of my packages from Poland trough Polish Post. The processing time for me to prepare and send out your order is 7 days, but I often do it earlier. Usual shipping schedule is set around Monday-Wednesday!

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES*:
POLAND: 1 - 5 DAYS
EU: 1 - 2 WEEKS
REST OF WORLD: 2 - 4 WEEKS
*Does not include processing time. 

I only send packages with tracking number, so if you've recieved an order shipment confirmation without a tracking number, please contact me immediately!

If your order did't reach you in time, please contact me immadiately through the contact form, the chat pop-up, my Instagram profile (@lvizux) or by e-mail (lwizuks@gmail.com)  I'll try my best to resolve any issues regarding your shipment!
