All orders are packed and shipped once a week, usually around Tuesday/Wednesday! If your order requires an earlier dispatch date (special occassions/gift orders), feel free to leave a note while placing your order or contact me regarding such matter!
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES*:
POLAND: 1 - 5 DAYS
EU: 1 - 2 WEEKS
REST OF WORLD: 2 - 4 WEEKS

In case of UPS Worldwide Expedited, you will get informed of an estimated delivery day, but it usually takes up to a week at max!
I try my best to package all of my orders as securely as possible!
★ an all-stickers order will be packaged in a regular envelope
★ anything more fragile like a keychain or a badge gets a high quality bubble envelope
★ A5 prints get a thick cardboard backing to ensure they don't get damaged on the way
★ A4 prints also get the cardboard, but instead of a bubble envelope, they get atough rigid mailer
★ A3 prints are "folded" (lightly) in a 25 mm high cardboard box along with the rest of the ordered items! If the order consists only of the A3 print, it may get packaged into a longer tube-like cardboard box
If your order arrives and it's damaged by faulty packaging, please let me know immediately!! I'll do what I can to get it replaced for you and improve the packaging ASAP!!
Additionally, if you receive a package from me, it is advised to remove any plastic tape or bags from the box or mailer, then recycle or reuse!
I don't accept exchanges or refunds, unless the item is faulty or I've made a mistake while packing your order (that might happen... from time to time... sorry!!!). In such case, contact me with photographic proof of the damage! Returns are only valid within 30 days from delivered date.
No, sorry! Best I can do is a custom message added to the Thank you card...! (You'll need to mention it in the order notes though! I won't give you the exact word limit, but let's keep it short, please....... I don't have enough space on the card for a love poem......)
